Mumbai, 09 March 2023 (UTN). India’s renowned Kathak dancer, actor, film producer, environmentalist, Tedx speaker and national convener of Sparsh Ganga, Ms. Arushi Nishank, has spent the entire day with students and Sparsh Ganga women’s team and volunteers on the Occasion of Women’s Day. On 06th March, Arushi visited Sparsh Ganga Daksh Ghat to be a part of Cleanliness drive, hundred’s of volunteers took the part of this cleanliness drive at Daksh Ghat. After that Arushi visited Kripal Kanya Higher Secondary School.
More than 300 students has joined the group discussion with Arushi, as Arushi always been close to youth and gen next, so this time she encouraged the students to focus on the studies as well as co-curricular activities. By the end of the day Arushi visited to Nagar Nigam centre at Roorki to facilitate Women’s who are closely associated with Sparsh Ganga, she is constantly active in women’s empowerment and on the occasion of Women’s Day which is on 8th March she felicitates the women power associated with Sparsh Ganga.
Arushi seen in one of the hit music video of Tseries “Wafa Na Raas Aye” sung by Jubin Nautiyal, collected overwhelming response from the audience. The song has garnered 295 million views on Tseries official Youtube channel till date. Arushi has received many accolades for her achievements in the country and abroad. These include Youth Icon Award (Dubai), Uttarakhand Gaurav Samman, Bharat Gaurav Samman, Half the Population Achievement Award, Atal Maharishi Shikhar Samman.
