Kindness Is Still the Most Beautiful Thing You Can Be,” Says Claudia Ciesla

listening without judgment, helping someone without expecting anything in return, or simply smiling at a stranger.

Mumbai, 13 November 2025 (UTN). In a world that’s constantly racing ahead — where competition often overshadows compassion — actress, model, and Celebrity Nutritionist Claudia Ciesla believes kindness remains the strongest and most beautiful form of strength. Known for her warmth and authenticity both on and off screen, Claudia opens up about what kindness truly means to her and how it has shaped her journey in life and career.

“To me, kindness is the most powerful and underrated form of strength,” she begins. “In today’s world, where everyone is rushing, competing, and often distracted, kindness is what brings us back to our humanity. It’s not about grand gestures — it’s in the small, genuine moments: listening without judgment, helping someone without expecting anything in return, or simply smiling at a stranger.”

Claudia believes that a single act of kindness can change the energy of an entire day. “Kindness has this beautiful ripple effect — one act can brighten someone’s whole world. In a society that often celebrates success and status, I believe being kind is still the most beautiful thing you can be,” she adds thoughtfully.

Reflecting on her early days in India, Claudia recalls a few acts of kindness that deeply touched her. “When I first came to India, everything was new — the culture, the language, the food. I still remember being inside the Bigg Boss house where my dear friend Vindu was so kind and patient, translating conversations from Hindi to English for me so I could feel included. That small gesture made me feel cared for in an unfamiliar environment,” she shares.

She continues, “Later, when I moved to Mumbai, I had friends who guided me through every step — from helping me find an apartment to showing me how the city works. Those moments of kindness helped me build a life here and made India truly feel like home.”

Today, Claudia pays that kindness forward through her wellness platform, Claudia’s Concept. “When I guide my friends or followers on nutrition and they later share how much it’s helped them, it feels incredibly rewarding. It reminds me that kindness doesn’t always have to be dramatic — it’s in everyday moments of care and support.”

As a public figure, Claudia consciously uses her influence to spread positivity. “I try to lead by example. Whether it’s online or offline, a few kind words can go a long way. On social media, I share messages of wellness, gratitude, and self-care because I want people to feel uplifted, not pressured,” she says.

Claudia also emphasizes that kindness should never be mistaken for weakness. “True kindness requires strength — it takes maturity to respond with compassion instead of anger. The key is to stay kind but firm about your boundaries. You can be empathetic and still say no when necessary.”

When asked about the kindest person in her life, Claudia smiles, “My partner, Arjun Goel, truly stands out. He has this incredible ability to stay calm, gentle, and compassionate no matter what life throws at him. Watching him handle situations with such patience and empathy inspires me to bring more softness into my own life.”

As the conversation closes, Claudia leaves a simple yet powerful reminder — “Kindness doesn’t need a spotlight; it just needs intention.
