It really shook me emotionally: Pravin Singh Sisodia on Fragile

Mumbai, 21 July 2025 (UTN). Pravin Singh Sisodia is seen in the short film Fragile, which is produced by Rajniesh Duggall and Anand Pachigar under their banner Flow Like Water Films. The film aims to create awareness around Fragile X Syndrome, and Pravin shared that the script affected him deeply.

Talking about his first reaction to the film, he said that he did not have any knowledge about Fragile X Syndrome and said, “I was deeply disturbed after reading the script of Fragile. It really shook me emotionally.

And he did face a few challenges while playing his part. He said, “I had to be extremely sensitive while performing, and at the same time, I had to make sure that nothing felt melodramatic or exaggerated.”

Pravin accepted that personally the film made him more aware, and he said, “I now feel a responsibility to talk to my family and community about this condition. Especially to help parents understand how to care for a child affected by this syndrome.”

He also shared that he would definitely take up such emotionally driven stories with strong social or medical messages. “As an artist, I believe it’s important to contribute to society in whatever way we can,” Pravin ended.
